The University of Notre Dame University Operations, Events, and Safety division is currently hiring for the position of Cook 2 at Moreau Seminary. The University Operations, Events, and Safety division leads the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.

Why this position?
The Cook 2 supports daily operations as part of the culinary production team. He/she is responsible for completing assignments related to cooking including but not limited to: grilling, stir fry, carving, deep fry, baking, and display cooking through standards of service and hospitality. High school diploma or GED, relevant skills and experience applicable. Ability to complete University Culinary assessment, 2-4 years of professional kitchen experience required, ability to complete UEE Global Service Standards training

Ability to obtain/complete ServSafe Certification, basic food handler course and Knife Handling certification
