In this highly visible role, you will perform lab characterization and validation of various analog & mixed signal embedded circuits; Support system level integration of Mixed Signal IPs and collaborate with multi-functional teams to launch the world's most premiere mobile SoC's. Description

System and IP level validation of various analog/mixed signal embedded circuits . work closely and collaborate with multi-functional teams Bench test, debug, and characterization of embedded on-chip circuitry (SERDES , PLLs, DDR, and various I/O Interfaces) Development of benchtop test exercising on-chip circuitry through a combination of FPGA, JTAG, SPI, and analog interfaces Drafting & Execution of scripts to automate tests, extract results, and generate reports using database and analytical tools Generating reports for characterization and/or debugging to provide design feedback Collaborating with cross functional teams including Design, System HW, and SW Supporting ATE and Product Engineering
  • BSEE degree required plus 3 years of industry experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Software and scripting skills,Python/C, Experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal test development that includes: review specification document; draft validation plan; build test bench; and perform data collection with automation
  • Strong fundamental understanding of analog & mixed signal circuitry in one or more of the following domains: SerDes , PLL, Data Converter, DDR Memory, Temp Sensor, etc.
  • Proficient in lab instruments such as Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Pattern Generator, etc.
  • Initiative in taking ownership & responsibility to drive deliverables
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
