Position Summary/Purpose of Position:

This position’s primary responsibility is to manage the travel and procurement process for the business office in addition to providing support with post-award management. Post-award activities include detailed reconciliation of assigned projects, preparing budget reports, preparing adjustments and corrections for assigned project and responsible for the sub award agreement processing for both new institutions/organizations and existing ones.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree. Bachelor’s can be substituted with a combination of experience, training, and education.

Experience:

Six years progressively responsible experience in accounting and purchasing/travel and/or proposal submissions.

Preferences:

Preferences:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various accounting and database systems such as KFS, ELF, Priority (BA4), Kuali Research, Grants.gov.
  • Advanced Excel and Database skills.

Additional Information:

Salary range $64,000 to $80,000.
