Genesis10 is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist 1 with our client located in San Diego, CA. This is an on-site 12-month contract position.
Pay: 20/hr W2

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day support to organize and maintain the IT Stockroom of computers and accessories.
• Responsible for computer imaging and basic troubleshooting.
• Use ServiceNow to Client information, process tickets and log notes.
• Handle other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the IT department.

Requirements:

• Detail orientated and prefer to work in an organized environment.
• Excel spreadsheet experience
• Inventory stocking experience
• Possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey information clearly.
• Recommend and implement solutions to optimize processes and spaces you are responsible for.
• Bring a proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset to support the team.
• Flexibility and adaptability are key traits that will help you excel in this dynamic IT environment.
• Have an interest in learning more about Technology.
