The Brighton Center for Specialty Care is the newest University of Michigan Ambulatory Care facility dedicated to providing high quality health care services for adults and children. The brand new 2-story facility is located at 7500 Challis Rd. Brighton MI. We are actively seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient-focused individuals who will share in the goal of crafting the ideal experience for our patients, families and employees.

CLIN CARE COORD- COMPETENT.
Actual RSAM LEVEL and salary will be determined at time of hire.
RSAM levels range from CCC-COMPETENT to CCC-EXPERT TO CCC-MASTERY.
Required qualifications must be met by the candidate in order to be interviewed and considered for the position.
Posting may be filled after the initial 5-day posting period.
Applicants who have left the UMPNC bargaining unit must include on their resume dates of past employment including months and years of service along with effort.

Required Qualifications*
? Current license to practice Nursing in the State of Michigan.
? Required Educational Requirement; applicant must meet one of the following: Bachelor?s degree in Nursing OR Associates degree or diploma in Nursing and a Master?s degree in Nursing
? Three (3) years direct experience with Adult Orthopaedic patients as a RN, within the last five (5) years. Preference given to experience working with total joint replacement patient population.
Must be willing to travel to off-site clinics to provide coverage with potential expansion of orthopaedic divisions.

Desired Qualifications*
? Ambulatory Care experience including telephone triage in a surgical population.
Work Schedule
Hours per week: 40 hour per week
Shift/ Days/ Hours: Day shift; variable hours; 8hr shifts
Location: Brighton Center for Specialty Care with potential to travel to off-site clinics to provide coverage with potential expansion of orthopaedic divisions.
Note: All new employees will be expected to float to a designated unit(s) in times of low census

Union Affiliation
This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Michigan Nurses Association and the U-M Professional Nurse Council union, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
