Collaborate with key campus stakeholders and Fulbright agencies to facilitate applications, individual budgets and funding renewals for Fulbright students enrolling at NC State. Manage the affiliation process for inbound Fulbright Visiting Scholars and collaborate with host faculty and administrative units to prepare required documentation and ensure compliance with administrative/legal requirements at NC State (e.g., invitation letters, institutional reply forms, visiting researcher agreements, etc.). Maintain the university’s list of Fulbright Visiting Scholars and serve as point of contact for host faculty, host departments and visiting scholars. Serve as the Staff advisor of the Fulbright Student/Scholar Association at NC State.
  5. Collaborate with the Office of International Services’ Programming and Student Success team. Identify ways to streamline support for international students and scholars and enhance efficiencies across multiple staff roles.
