12 Month Full-time Position

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The Director of Student Life is responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising the student housing and student activities programs that complement and enhance the student academic experience. The Director also coordinates safety/security and student discipline.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Experience in college housing and/or student activities preferred. Living in or near Iola, KS is required.

 

LOCATION: Iola, Kansas Campus

 

SALARY: 

Based on education and experience. Excellent benefit package available including paid single medical and dental insurance with a low deductible, optional vision care, Section 125 Cafeteria plan, KPERS retirement, generous leave time, 403b with match, tuition benefits for employees and immediate family members and opportunities for professional development.
