Job Summary

The Department of Asian Languages and Cultures in the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts is excited to announce an opening for a highly skilled Executive Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming team of professionals who are passionate about their work in an environment that prioritizes individual professional growth for staff at all levels.

An enthusiastic, detail-oriented, professional, and positive persona is critically important to this position. The ability to manage a large workload, efficiently complete projects in a timely manner and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential. The candidate must also be able to deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse community of faculty, fellows, staff, students, and visitors.
 
This position will require on-site work a minimum of four days per week.
