As a Navy Marine Corps (NMC) Digital Engineering Strategic Growth Enabler Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of digital engineering capabilities within the NMC sector. You'll lead initiatives to enhance digital engineering practices, foster collaboration across departments, and ensure the successful implementation of innovative digital solutions that support the mission and objectives of the Navy Marine Corps.
What You'll Work On:
Develop and implement digital engineering strategies to address complex challenges in the information warfare domain and enhance naval superiority.
Lead the integration of digital engineering practices across various projects, ensuring alignment with the Department of Defense (DoD) Digital Engineering Strategy.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing through Digital Engineering Summits, internal research and development (R&D) initiatives, and the Digital Engineering Community of Practice.
Drive engagement with key stakeholders to assess innovation opportunities and develop scalable solutions across the sector.
Establish and maintain a digital engineering ecosystem that supports automated approaches for the system's lifecycle, including digital models, digital twins, and digital threads.
Promote the use of digital engineering tools and environments, such as MagicDraw, WindChill, JIRA, DOORS Next Generation, and AutoCAD.
Mentor and develop staff at all levels, enhancing technical capabilities and building a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide thought leadership and expert advice on high-priority or high-risk client projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative digital solutions.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in digital engineering or systems engineering
Experience leading digital engineering initiatives and driving strategic growth
Experience with digital engineering tools and environments, including MagicDraw, WindChill, JIRA, DOORS Next Generation, and AutoCAD
Knowledge of the DoD Digital Engineering Strategy and its implementation
Knowledge of digital engineering practices, including digital models, digital twins, and digital threads
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or CS field
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the Navy Marine Corps sector and its unique challenges and opportunities
Possession of excellent collaborative skills, including interacting with senior internal and external personnel on technical matters
Possession of excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) or CompTIA Security+ Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
