- Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
- 1-3 years professional experience.
- Experience in marketing, communications, and/or event management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven ability to make effective use of time, plan ahead, and coordinate multiple projects.
- Highly developed organizational and computer skills, with strict attention to detail.
- Proven ability to integrate ideas and concepts.
- Friendly, flexible, service-oriented manner, and mature judgment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with external candidates, faculty, corporate clients, executives and staff.
- Proven ability to respond positively to extreme pressures of time and workload.
- Proven ability in oral and written communications.
- Ability to work in a highly independent manner at times across functions within the school.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for special events.
- Ability to travel locally, regionally, domestically.
Preferences:
- Experience working with MBA and/or MS Admissions.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Direct customer service or consultative sales experience.
- Experience working in Higher Education, especially a business school environment and graduate education experience.
- SalesForce and Calendly experience.
