KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Compensation Strategies to join our Talent & Culture organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the compensation strategy, design and payout process for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization
- Liaise with Business Development (Sales & Alliances) leaders to design all sales plans that meet business needs; own and execute sales plans and update as needed
- Analyze market compensation survey results and advise client group on competitive position, market trends and insights; provide complex market analyses, recommendations and solutions to compensation issues that arise during the year; develop strategic presentations for leadership
- Develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines, analyze budget versus spend and offer guidance and insights around performance development and compensation processes
- Work with Finance and Accounting throughout the year to project variable compensation and determine variable compensation accruals for formulaic plans
- Collaborate with HR Business Advisors and leaders in client group to benchmark roles, advise on job description development, make recommendations on job levels and assess competitive pay levels
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience, with a primary focus on sales compensation design; experience in consulting/services industry a plus
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Microsoft Office applications proficiency including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytic aptitude, including the capacity to communicate insights drawn from data using data visualization and written conclusions; possess complex analytical, organizational, and influencing skills
- Excellent project management skills including robust follow-up and detail tracking; knowledge of compensation and benefits subjects; ability to handle multiple priorities and produce work at volume, being a team player with positive attitude with a strong capacity to work with limited supervision
