Adjunct Position in ENGL101C English CompositionRequired of all first-year students and designed to teach students to write clear, vigorous prose, this course takes students through all stages of the writing process. Essay topics range from personal narratives to logical arguments. All students learn the resources of the NHTI library and write at least one documented research paper.Requirements: Master’s degree in English or a related field (or a minimum of 12 graduate-level credits) required. Teaching experience at the college level is preferred. Availability to teach on campus in Concord, NH. Familiarity with Canvas or a similar learning management system (LMS) is recommended. Residency in NH, VT, ME, MA, RI, or CT required. (Relocation expenses will not be reimbursed.)
Pay rate is $699 per contact hour.
