You will:- Play an important role on a skilled team including the Community Manager and Leasing Consultant and enjoy varied days and diverse activities. No two days will be the same.

- At least 2 years of residential property management experience. We'll also consider proven leasing agents who are ready to step up to an assistant property manager role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Solid computer skills including experience Yardi Rentcafe (highly preferred) or similar property management software and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with tenants, vendors and maintenance staff.
Daily, you will perform a variety of tasks including:
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the property management company
- Collecting monthly rent and maintaining records of payments and rental activity
- Assisting with tenant relations such as addressing tenant concerns and complaints, and responding to comments
- Assisting in managing all aspects of a building's occupancy and maintenance
- Meeting with prospective tenants to show properties, conduct interviews, receive rental applications, and explain terms of occupancy
