The College of Business offers: (i) four AACSB Accredited degrees—BS with six business majors, MBA, MEM and MS Accounting; (ii) BS Economics and (iii) MS Applied Natural Resource Economics. The research-active college encourages discovery-based learning and linkages between business and technology.

- Develop and sustain a vigorous research program with national visibility.
- Contribute effectively to undergraduate and graduate teaching through a student-centric, experiential approach in both the on-campus and online modalities.
- Constructively engage in service activities at the departmental, college, university, and professional levels.
- Integrate safety practices into daily activities and commit to learning about continuous improvement strategies and applying them.
- A PhD in organizational behavior from an AACSB accredited institution.
- Teaching experience in an institution of higher education.
- Industry experience related to areas of expertise.
- Evidence of community and professional service engagement.
- Ability to conduct and publish scholarly research.
- Commitment to teach undergraduate and graduate students.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
- A strong program of scholarly research.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver academic courses in areas of expertise, both on-campus and online, including fostering student success and teaching innovation.
- Demonstrated success in, or potential future contributions to, working with persons from diverse backgrounds, creating a sense of belonging, and fostering a fair, objective, welcoming place to work for persons with a wide variety of personal characteristics and viewpoints.
