Coordinates, performs and assists with ongoing projects, processes, programs, and initiatives in integrating the organization's culture and values with HR-related duties and responsibilities in operational areas. Provides daily coordination and operational assistance in specific operational areas which may include but is not limited to new employee orientation, diversity and inclusion, workforce development, HR/Payroll, talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare, benefits, record management, and special projects.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business management, or closely related field
Work Experience:
- 2 years of previous related experience
- Experience and knowledge of HRIS systems; familiarity with various related databases and software, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft products
- Advanced analytical ability, logical and independent thinking, and ability to recognize and analyze opportunities and potential difficulties
- Ability to make independent decisions, plan organize, and self-direct work
- Ability to create presentations and other documents
- Experience consulting with business leadership to develop appropriate human resources resolutions
