Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Human Resources Business Partner to their Philadelphia Metro Region.
Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works directly with the SVP of Human Resources in providing alignment of business objectives with employees and management throughout the organization. The HRBP formulates partnerships across management to effectively advise and assist with actively integrating the business strategy with people management practices.
Essential Functions:
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organization effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, policy and development, compensation, and development and coaching.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Assists with the development, updates and communication of all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state and location regulatory laws.
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Exceptional analytical, communication, comprehension and reasoning skills
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices and the administration related to those practices.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and the ability to adapt and evolve those practices to the Company's needs.
- Strong leadership skills
- Detailed oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and HCM systems
Education & Experience:
- 8 plus years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or similar position
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organization diagnosis, employee relations, compensation practices, performance management and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communication or equivalent work experience
