We are immediately seeking individuals for the Local Coordinator position who have experience in youth exchange and/or willing to be trained. Responsibilities include recruiting and screening volunteer host families, facilitating positive relationships with local schools, and supporting exchange students during their program in the United States.

Requirements:

  • Have an enthusiastic and caring disposition.
  • Be an excellent communicator.
  • Have an interest in foreign cultures.
  • Networking Skills & Approachable.
  • Enjoy working with youth between 15 and 18 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma and at least 7 years post high school work/life experience.
  • Responsible.
  • Have transportation.

Compensation & Travel Opportunities:

This is considered a flexible part-time work from home position and is supplemental commission income. On average, a local coordinator who places 5 to 25 (academic year) students, earnings can range between $4,000-$30,000 annually in compensation from placement fees, supervision fees and bonuses.

Also, we have annual training conferences in the Spring, usually in Las Vegas Nevada or Orlando Florida. All you need to qualify is to make three student placements for the school year and we will fly you to the conference with a hotel stay at our expense. We have a lot of fun getting to know each other with great dinners, shows, along with some amazing training!
