- Two years of university/college level teaching experience or comparable training and/or industry experience.
- Ability/interest in teaching courses in the areas of financial and managerial accounting, taxation, and auditing.
- Interest in course and curriculum design in the discipline
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and business or institutional partners outside PSU.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- MSA degree or MBA and CPA certification or MBA and practitioner experience in accounting.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Membership in professional organizations such as the AICPA, AAA, IMA, and/or
- Professional certification in accounting, CPA, CMA, EA, CFE, CIA or comparable.
- Professional/corporate experience.
