The Executive Leadership Team of Family Services has an opening for a Vice President of Human Resources in Green Bay, who is responsible for supporting the culture of the agency through all people functions and providing executive-level leadership and guidance to the Agency. The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for establishing and enforcing legally compliant human resource policies, procedures, and best practices and identifying and implementing long-range strategic goals while ensuring that align with the agency's Mission, Vision and Values, legal regulations, and DEIAB philosophy. This position leads HR staff in ensuring the successful implementation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, ADAA, FMLA, and other federal and state laws. This role is responsible for all employee benefits programs, compensation management, and the employee life cycle including hiring, performance management, employee relations, etc. This role leads internal investigations into harassment or discrimination complaints.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in an HR leadership/managerial role. Preferred candidates will have SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification and have 7 years of executive-level HR leadership experience as a generalist with experience in both for-profit and non-profit. This position also requires thorough knowledge and application of state and federal employment law; strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking abilities, and effective people management skills; strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; solid knowledge of all areas of HR management including talent management, recruitment, retention, employee relations, investigations, compensation, and benefits. A valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a reliable personal vehicle, required auto insurance limits, and acceptable driving record requirements are also required for this position.
