Job Description

Join the vibrant health care team at the ROADS Community Clinic - Lynwood as a Clinic Manager and make a meaningful difference to our community’s most vulnerable members.

: The Clinic Manager will supervise the front and back office of an 8-room clinic offering primary care and behavioral health, and work collaboratively to expand access, improve efficiency, and deliver high quality care.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in outpatient clinic (FQHC preferred).

· LVN preferred but not required.

· Thorough knowledge of public health programs such as Vaccine for Children, CHDP, and Presumptive Eligibility.

· Experience preparing for and handling health plan and program audits.

· Experience with all aspects of patient care and examination procedures.

· Familiar with various health insurances and ICD-10 and CPT coding.

· Strong understanding of electronic health records systems.

· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise MAs in their assigned duties, scope of practice, workflows, and overall support of medical providers.

· Supervise front office staff in their assigned duties, including scheduling, intake, and verification.

· Develop and implement clinical training of MAs, including onboarding training and routine re-training where appropriate.

· Conduct routine audits of MA work, documentation, and efficiency.

· Develop and implement workflows and appropriate standards to maintain compliance with health plans and programs; help prepare for and handle health plan and program audits.

· Help address patient complaints and grievances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.00 per week
