SUPERVISOR- PART TIME - BEACHWORKS PACIFIC BEACH - BILLABONG/RVCA

The Challenge:

Our Supervisors our integral in building an inviting environment for our customers ensuring brand loyalty and cultivating relationships among fellow outdoor enthusiasts. Additionally, you will assist the store management team with guiding Sales Associates on selling techniques and building their product knowledge so they may assist our customers with all of their needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Hold keys to the store, offering them the ability to open and close the store
  • Assist with conducting inventory checks and maintains inventory records
  • Act as a mentor and assist with the development of Sales Associates
  • Demonstrate a customer centric mindset by role modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand, customer, and product
  • Ensure store is consistently recovered and customer ready everyday meeting brand standards on the sales floor and back-of-house.
  • Collaborate with Store Leadership to achieve store performance goals
  • Become a product expert to provide recommendations and assist customers
  • Continuously seek and provide feedback to elevate the customer experience

Who are we looking for?

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in the retail and/or customer service field
  • Previous inventory experience
  • Strong communication, influencing and time management skills
  • Enjoy being part of a team environment
  • Availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and closings, and holidays to meet the needs of the business
  • The ability to safely lift 30 lbs. and can maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom

Hourly Rate Range: $16.00 - $20.50

The indicated pay range is what Boardriders reasonably expects to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions will be determined based on a variety of considerations such as work location, work experience, industry experience, education, seniority, responsibility level, or similar factors.
