Essential Job Duties

The primary role of a mentor is to meet with the assigned student-athlete to develop and improve time management skills and productive study habits. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Assist student-athletes to set academic goals (short and long term)
•Assist student-athletes with requesting Disability Services Office (DSO) accommodations, if needed
•Effectively communicate in a timely manner
•Participate in group training and supervision meetings
